How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our services, you can do so using any of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@techyeasy.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Upon account deletion:

Your personal profile information will be permanently removed.
All data associated with your account will be deleted from our active systems.
Any content you have submitted may be anonymized or removed.
Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.

Please note that once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. If you wish to use our Services again, you will need to create a new account.

Data We May Retain

Even after account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law, such as transaction records or information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
